Terms of Service
Last updated · January 2026These terms govern your use of Squatchfoot Media — SquatchPass, SquatchApp, SquatchManager, and this website. By using the suite, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you can bind that organization.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the events you run through the suite.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the suite to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Don't misrepresent an event, sell what you can't deliver, or defraud attendees.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
Events, tickets & payouts
You set your prices, fees, and refund policy, and you're responsible for delivering your events. Payment processing runs through our providers; payouts follow the schedule on your plan. You're responsible for the taxes associated with your sales.
Fees
Plan and per-ticket fees are shown before you commit and on your pricing page. We'll give notice before changing them.
Your content & data
Your data is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep the suite fast and available — especially on show days — but the service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent the law allows.
Ending things
You can stop using the suite and export your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll give reasonable notice where we can.
