Privacy Policy
Last updated · January 2026Squatchfoot Media builds software that event producers use to sell tickets, run an attendee app, and manage operations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It's written to be read — if anything here is unclear, email hello@squatchfootmedia.com.
Who this covers
We serve two kinds of people: producers (our customers) and attendees (the people buying tickets and using the apps our producers run). For attendee data, the producer is the controller and we are the processor — we handle that data on their behalf and under their instructions.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, and organization for producers who sign up.
- Event & transaction data — the events, tickets, and orders you run through the suite.
- Attendee data — the information attendees provide at checkout or in the app, held on the producer's behalf.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the software is used, to keep it fast and reliable.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data or an attendee's data. We do not market to your audience behind your back. Producers can export their data at any time, and it remains theirs.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processors and never stored on our servers. We keep only what's needed to show orders, issue refunds, and reconcile payouts.
Your choices
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Attendees should contact the producer who ran their event first; we'll support that producer in honoring the request. To exercise a right directly, email hello@squatchfootmedia.com.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes get a heads-up to producers by email.
