Built by people who've worked the door.
Squatchfoot Media makes the software event producers run on. We know it works because we're producers ourselves — we built it to run CrimeWave, our own true-crime cruise, and it held.
We were the frustrated customer.
Before we were a software company, we were producing CrimeWave — a true-crime cruise. We got buried under five tools that didn't talk: a box office that didn't understand cabins, a bar that wanted cash mid-ocean, and a schedule nobody could find at sea.
So we built our own. The box office first, then the app, then every piece the boat needed to run without a signal. CrimeWave sailed on it bow to stern — and for once, the software got quieter as the night got louder.
Other producers saw it and wanted in. That's how Squatchfoot Media became a platform: eight tools that share one event, built by people who still run their own — and still test every feature on CrimeWave first.
- 01 The producer's on our side Clear fees, fast payouts, no lock-in. Your audience and your data stay yours.
- 02 One event, one truth Ticketing, app, and ops share a spine — no re-keying, no drift between tools.
- 03 Calm under load On-sales and doors are the loud moments. Our software gets quieter, not louder.
- 04 Ship what we'd use We've worked the events we build for. If it wouldn't help at 2am, it doesn't ship.
Where we've been.
A young company moving fast. Here's the trail.
- 2025 CrimeWave, the hard way
We produce our true-crime cruise on five tools that don't talk to each other. Never again.
- 2025 We build our own box office
SquatchPass starts as CrimeWave's internal ticketing — because nothing off the shelf understood cabins.
- 2026 The whole boat runs on it
App, payments, and ops follow. CrimeWave sails bow to stern on software we built for ourselves.
- 2026 We open it up
Other producers ask to use it. Squatchfoot Media becomes a platform — eight tools, one event.
- 2026 Still patient zero
Every feature is tested on CrimeWave first. If it can't survive a cruise with no signal, it doesn't ship.
