How do ticket fees work?
You set them. Absorb the fee into the price or pass it to the buyer — either way, the math is shown before anyone checks out. No surprise line items.
When do I get paid?
Scout pays on a standard schedule; Ranger and Expedition can take next-day payouts. Your money is yours — we don't hold it hostage.
Do I have to use all three tools?
No. Most producers start with SquatchPass and add SquatchApp or SquatchManager when the event grows. Nothing to re-key when you do.
Who owns the attendee data?
You do. Export it any time. We never sell it, and we never market to your audience behind your back.
